Participants are introduced to transition theory. In addition to concrete handles and tools, participants will gain insight into the impact of transition on the body, relationships and thinking. There is extensive opportunity to share experiences and best practices.
Participants are more aware of the processes that occur during the transition. Have been able to share experiences and have tools and insights to reduce or prevent menopause symptoms. Through (personal) practical tips and tricks, new daily routines can be developed that directly impact their functioning and mood during the day.
