At the start, participants in the program had less work energy and felt less fit than the control group. In 3 months, participants completely made up that negative difference with the control group. I think that’s a very nice accomplishment.

STAB has been working with VitalFacts for several years to promote a healthier lifestyle for its colleagues. We offered a cafeteria model to employees where everyone could choose what best suited their needs: working on stress or eating patterns, understanding work-life balance or exercising more. I can really recommend VitalFacts if you consider a healthy lifestyle and appropriate work environment an important part of functioning well but you are not sure how to go about it.

Over a period of about 3-4 months, people really felt more vital, gained significantly more insight and awareness, and took more ownership. Those were our main objectives and they have all been achieved.

65% had more energy, 60% slept better and 34% had lost weight. These are numbers we are proud of and had hoped for.
