VITALITY POLICY

Within our Employability & Vitality Program, VitalFacts organizes the workshops “Your VitalityProfile” in Dutch and English. Employees rate workshop an 8.5. In particular, reviewing the Fitbit data together is enjoyed, which makes it truly personal. Employees are more aware of sustainable employability and vitality and are eager to put what they have learned to work. We see these as very important components to work on behavior change.

Vitalfacts provides individual coaching and workshops or other contributions related to physical and vital vitality for DSM. In this, they are always willing to think along. This delivers great interactive workshops or wonderful customized videos that are accessible and always based on well-researched insights. There is no shortage of energy, creativity and knowledge!

We had a very inspiring team workshop with examples and practical mindset tips you can use to influence yourself. Brought a lot of energy to the group!

The Coach asked me confrontational questions that allowed me to get deeper into my patterns to be developed. This has given me renewed energy and confidence that I can take steps to feel more vital.
