In the workshop, we will discuss how biorhythms work and how to influence employee biorhythms. We work with tools and methods to properly support eating, sleeping, mindset and exercise. This gives the employee new insights. At the same time, we are training new skills to improve biorhythms during and after night shifts.
The participant gets a better idea of how the biorhythm works and gets more insight into how to make good choices in food, sleep and exercise, among other things. This allows the employee to go through their irregular shifts more alert and energetic, and the impact on life outside the shifts is less.
