In this workshop we will discuss how the brain works and how to influence the mindset of the employee. By employing tools and methods for mental calm, brain-boosting habits, mental resilience, positivity, focus and flow and visualization, we provide the employee with new insights and training methods that take our brain to the next level.
The employee gains a better understanding of how the brain works and gains greater insight into their own beliefs and thoughts. This improves mental fitness, and focus. In addition, positive emotions prevail longer and mental resilience is taken to a higher level.
