In the workshop, we will reflect on the elements of a good lifestyle as a bus driver. In practice, we find it quite difficult to make good choices and do things that energize us. The starting point is a personal energy scan, in which the topics of nutrition, exercise, stress and relaxation and sleep all receive attention. Many concrete tips and tricks are central to being more energetic in life at work and beyond.
The employee increases knowledge about healthy eating, sleep, exercise and relaxation that is more energizing and supportive of a workday. Through theory, practical tips and tricks interspersed with interactive classroom exercises, the employee develops new daily routines to improve energy levels immediately.
