Achieving change in the field of sleep is no easy task. Often these are behaviors that in we have made our own over many years. In the coaching sessions, we give participants an understanding of their own sleep and sleep patterns and what constitutes good sleep. The coaching program with a Fitbit can use comprehensive sleep analysis and a personal sleep profile.
In the coaching sessions, the relationship between sleep and activity during the day is discussed in detail and we reflect on various factors that disrupt sleep rhythms and the coach provides practical tips and tricks that match the participant’s personal goals.
These coaching sessions make working on sleep quality fun, personal and easy. Afterwards, the coachee has more insight into his/her own sleep and knows the ways to influence it. Practical tips and tricks are the basis for creating new daily
