Sustainable employability is keeping employees employable and energetic within your organization until retirement. Employers can encourage this by focusing on lifelong learning and constant attention to personal development. This ensures that employees have the right knowledge and skills to respond to changes within the organization, the job market and their career aspirations.

Within our Employability & Vitality Program, VitalFacts organizes the workshops “Your VitalityProfile” in Dutch and English. Employees rate workshop an 8.5. In particular, reviewing the Fitbit data together is enjoyed, which makes it truly personal. Employees are more aware of sustainable employability and vitality and are eager to put what they have learned to work. We see these as very important components to work on behavior change.

We usually start with a short study consisting of desk research, field measurements and interviews. We then determine where your organization stands and where the improvement potential for sustainable employability is. Together with the organization, we translate this into a concrete action plan and budget for the coming years.
