EXECUTION

In the workshop, we will dwell on the elements of a good work-life balance In practice, we find it quite difficult to switch off from work and be mentally present in the private situation as well. We look at the employee’s use of time over the week and how this can be more optimized so that more balance and peace is experienced. By changing behaviors and personal beliefs combined with a recalibration of personal time allocation, we work toward a better balance.
We provide methods and exercises to map the employee’s life using the “Wheel of Life” and concrete insights from the personal diary.

RESULT

The participant has greater insight into their own priorities the personal importance of various life themes. He/she receives tools to improve work-life balance issues and leaves with a personal action plan to go through life with more balance.
