More energy? Who doesn’t want that. Your physical health (Body), mental health (Brain), living and working environment (Biotope) and healthy behavior (Behavior) are crucial to achieving peak performance every day. Employees who master this are vital, radiate this to those around them and serve as role models. We create a personal vitality profile or team profile in VitalityProfile by combining data from Fitbit activity trackers (to analyze patterns and routines in sleep, movement and heart rate) and qualitative vitality questionnaires. Then in Vitality Coaching we will work to increase your insight and awareness, give you tips and tricks, achieve concrete goals and make lasting changes.

Within our Employability & Vitality Program, VitalFacts organizes the workshops “Your VitalityProfile” in Dutch and English. Employees rate workshop an 8.5. In particular, reviewing the Fitbit data together is enjoyed, which makes it truly personal. Employees are more aware of sustainable employability and vitality and are eager to put what they have learned to work. We see these as very important components to work on behavior change.

Vitalfacts provides individual coaching and workshops or other contributions related to physical and vital vitality for DSM. In this, they are always willing to think along. This delivers great interactive workshops or wonderful customized videos that are accessible and always based on well-researched insights. There is no shortage of energy, creativity and knowledge!

The contact the Vitality Coach was very pleasant and I really felt it was about things that helped me move forward and not the standard stories about diet and exercise. This has helped make real strides.

Over a period of about 3-4 months, people really felt more vital, gained significantly more insight and awareness, and took more ownership. Those were our main objectives and they have all been achieved.

The Fitbit provides data that makes me even more aware of how I am really doing. I found it very valuable because it really gives you a lot more insight. How many steps, heart rate zones, etc. Participation in dry January revealed a drop in my heart rate. Very enlightening. I am glad I was able to participate and will definitely continue this!

Participants in this vitality program gain greater understanding and awareness of vitality and energy. Through the use of technology (online platform and activity trackers), we create a personal or team vitality profile, the VitalityProfile. This makes working on vitality more fun, personal and easier. The technology goes hand in hand with a Vitality Coach who works with participants to formulate personal goals and then helps them achieve them in small steps. VitalityProfile can be provided entirely online.

RESULT

The VitalityProfile results speak for themselves. The program scores an NPS score of 47%. This allows VitalFacts to compete with the best service providers in the Netherlands. Participants rate coaching an average of 8.9 and over 80% manage to achieve lasting change.
